Gelatina di Vino Picolit - wine gelly
Wine jelly with a parfum of almond, delicious with foie gras. It is produced cooking Picolit wine grapes, the noblest native grape-vine of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The taste is sweet, with the typical parfum of almond of the wine. Delicious with foie gras and with delicate and fresh cheese, like Ricotta or Goat’s caciotta.
