Caseificio di Predazzo e Moena - Predazzo (TN)
The Dairy of Predazzo and Moena still works in the traditional way. The milk is coming from the rich summer pastures in the area, which extend up to 2000 meters above the sea level.
The entire production chain - from cows' feeding to cheese maturation - follows the protocol of the Consortium of Caseifici Sociali Trentini, signed by all the members, including the dairy of Predazzo and Moena.
The aim of the Consortium is to produce natural cheeses, with no additives, starting from the quality of milk.
