The sausage factory Lebon in Castellavazzo (BL) is a company founded in the mid- 50s with an activity of butchery. Even today Lebon produces sausages and salami from Belluno Dolomites, with the aim of ensuring the quality of the meat used and the respect of the typical characteristics. Lebon operates with the intent to re-evaluate and promote, also outside of the Dolomite area, local products respecting the teachings of tradition: an aspect that made us immediately feel in tune.
Thin slices of pork meat seasoned and smoked, to be enjoyed with a beer. Pendole are produced by Lebon according to the local tradition, with the aim of rediscover and promote the local products.
