Ventricina Calabrese Rossa Piccante
A typical salami produced in Calabria. The meat is blended with red pepper and local red chilies. The taste is piccante, strong
to the palate, meaty and round. The aftertaste is round, piccante with notes of garlic. Very nice in a sandwich with some
fresh mozzarella or with a Canestrato. Great on the top of a pizza.
