For 60 years and over 3 generations, Caseificio Palazzo Spa has committed to produce high quality cheeses using selected raw material. Our assortment of typical Apulian cheeses branded Murgella (burrata, mozzarella, scamorza, caciocavallo, ricotta) represents the culture of a territory and the story of a family.
The firm uses old traditional production methods which process milk from local farms ad form curds by using whey starter culture (no citric acid, or lactic enzymes or external bacterial culture are used in our production). This method makes it possible to obtain the typical and genuine Apulian product with its traditional fragrance, softness and taste.
Our certifications: IFS (evaluation: Higher Level) - BRC (evaluation: achieved grade A) – Halal Certification 2015 - our best sellers products received the Vegetarian certification (2017) as we do not use animal rennet for their production. International Awards.
