Trade Service

As a Cibo Customer, we aim to give you the best service and make the placing of orders as easy as possible.  Orders can be placed by telephone, fax or email.  You can also place orders by voicemail or if you prefer leave it to us by setting up a standing order.  We will also send you an email confirmation of your order on request.

Opening hours for orders are:
Orders received by 6.00am will be delivered the same day.
Monday to Friday: 6am – 3pm
Outside of these hours, you can leave a voicemail with your order which are frequently picked up, wherever we are.
Delivery hours are:
Monday to Friday 7.30am  – 3.00pm  (Central London deliveries are made every day, outside of central London will be made on specific days each week only)
Closed on Bank Holidays (no deliveries)
We want to give you the best possible customer service every time.  If you have any queries about a product or delivery, please call Customer Service on 0208 802 7953 who will be delighted to assist you.

Claims and Rejects:      
It is the Customers responsibility for all goods to be checked and signed for at the time of delivery, indicating any discrepancies.  No goods can be returned without prior agreement with Cibo Customer Service Team.  No claims entertained after 24 hours from delivery.

Shortages or damaged product:   Claims against quality will only be accepted if notified to us within the acceptable shelf life of the product.  Products can only be accepted for return within the acceptable shelf life of the product.

Payment terms:
Payment is due within 30 days from date of invoice.

Overdue payments:
We reserve the right to withhold further deliveries should your account become overdue. Deliveries will resume when the overdue invoices have been paid. 

Notwithstanding this, the risk of damage to, loss of or liability to third parties in receipt of goods delivered, passes to the Customer at time of delivery.
